What are your hours?
Our pampering hours are—
Tuesdays thru Fridays, 9am to 5pm
Saturdays, 9am to 3pm
What if I can't make an appointment during regular hours?
We understand — after hours by appointment.
Can anyone help me put packages together?
Yes, our spa receptionist would be glad to help you coordinate packages and plan the perfect spa experience for yourself or a group. A credit card is required to hold packages of four or more services, including party packages.
What if I have special health problems?
Please notify a spa receptionist before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant.
What type of products do you use? Are they available for purchase?
Seychelles uses advanced professional ingrediants to cleanse, correct, hydrate and protect. Our special spa treatments nurture skin challenged by the environment, stress and medical conditions. Our product line is extensive but we carry Pureology, Bare Escentuals, Intaglio and Schwarzkopf, just to name a few. Our Spa Boutique is open during business hours.
Do you provide make-overs?
We are the exclusive regional distributor for the amazing Bare Escentuals line. With a minimum makeup purchase of fifteen dollars your make-over is free. We also provide mini, formal and permanent make-up applications.
What do I wear during my treatment?
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. Most importantly, wear what is comfortable for you.
What about my comfort?
This is your time and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Whether it's the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or the volume of the music — just tell us. We take great care to ensure your comfort and privacy.
Should men shave before a facial?
Shaving isn't necessary, but it is recommended. If you shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
What if I'm late for my appointment?
We suggest that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, potentially reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
Are your staff trained professionals?
Our professional staff of licensed technicians are at the forefront of knowledge and experience. Constant and continual education is the motto for all of our technicians.
What about payment for spa services?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and local checks.
What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
Please give at least 24 hours advance notice so we may schedule accodingly. Repeatred no-shows or cancellations without sufficient notice may require credit card prepayment to reserve and appointment.
What is the cell phone policy?
Please turn off all cell phones and pagers. The spa is an oasis of peace and quiet for everyone.
Do you have gift certificates?
Gift certificates are always available for any services requested. They are attractively packaged and ready for presentation — so they are perfect for that last minute gift.
What if you don't have a service I'm looking for?
We are continually providing new services, treatments, and packages. If you don't see something that fits your needs — please ask our spa receptionist.
Do you have a skin care line that you recommend?
Yes, we do. Continued home care with our professional skin care line delivers immediate, long lasting results and continued improvements for years of younger looking skin. Our proven skin care products are extensively tested and dermatologist approved. Ask for a brochure about our high-performance skin care line.
Are your prices online the usual prices?
Prices shown are minimum fees and are subject to change.
What about the pricing of hair services?
Hair length and complexity of service affect the cost of most hair services. Prices shown are minimum fees.
What is permanent make-up?
Permanent cosmetic make-up is a new procedure of applying natural pigments to the skin. Our technicians are qualified and ready to bring out your natural beauty. Our permanent make-up services include a complimentary consultation and patch test.
